Jeffrey DiMillio (President)
Jeff is one of the founding members of @Home Health Care and serves as the agency President. Jeff firmly believes people should stay in their place of residence as long as it is possible, and @Home Health Care follows this vision. He also works to make @HHC provide the most affordable quality home care. He has been a long-time coach and supporter of Special Olympics Rhode Island and has been very active in the adults with disabilities community.
Alison M. DeBlois, M.S. (Director)
Alison joined the @ Home Senior Care team in 2012 as the Director of Operations. Alison came to @ Home Health Care with over 25 years of diverse health care finance, operational, managed care, and regulatory experience.
Alison specializes in promoting and establishing relationships with clients and their families and ensuring the consistent delivery of the highest quality care to clients in their homes.
Kristin Rhea (Care Coordinator)
Kristin became part of the @Home Healthcare team in 2012, working as a Certified Nursing Assistant before joining the office staff in coordinating care. Prior to that, she worked as a dietary/activities aide at a local nursing home.
Kristin continues to work with children and adults with disabilities for a non-profit organization. Her personal experiences have shown Kristin the importance of services that enable clients to stay home and she strives to continue supporting clients and families in need.
Diane Frechette (Office Administrator/Schedule Coordinator)
Diane joined the @Home Healthcare team in June of 2017. She brings countless years of home care scheduling experience. She has two adult sons and one adult daughter. Diane enjoys time with family and friends and loves spending time outdoors, particularly on the many beaches of Rhode Island.

Audra Burnett (Branch Administrator)
Audra joined Exceptional Home Care of Florida in January of 2020. She brings over 26 years of Home Care experience in the Florida area. She has a wealth of knowledge in both Medicare and Private Duty arenas. She has one daughter and loves being a source of education to clients as well as caregivers.

Alicia has been with Exceptional for 1 year, she has over 16 years of experience in the Home Health Care Arena. She is a wife and mother of 2 beautiful little girls. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Exceptional Care Florida
